Songhai, or the Kingdom of Songhai, is a Terra Nostra nation situated on the southern edge of the West African Sahel, along and around the southeastern course of the Niger River bend. The nation and its capital, New Napata, were founded by Tomadzu (previously TomasBlud) on 21st May, 2026, and bought by the current King of Songhai, FORDaLoZ, on 11th August, 2026. Currently, the nation is run by the Two Kings, FORDaLoZ and Acerse.

Songhai is a constitutional monarchy, defined by democratic characteristics, including the election of six Lords that form the Royal Cabinet. Chancellor, an advisory position to the Two Kings, is also held by those involved in the foundation of Songhai, including casperkul, notmusa_1 and LVDTornado.
