On January 6th, 2026, this town was created in the Ostrobothnia region of Finland. It was planned to be in Netherlands, but it was made in Finland because of Finland's Natural beauty, undisturbed mines and free space. Funded by TussalAlpaca169 (mayor of the neighbouring town of Sundom). | |||
The town quickly grew under the guidance of Blademaster163. Its first resident was recruited on 7th January (he was Cantoonment) and he went on to become the councillor/co-mayor of the city on the 20th of Jan. | |||

Hoorn, pronounced [ˈɦoːr(ə)n], is an EMC town inspired by the actual town of Hoorn, Netherlands.
Similarly to the irl Hoorn, the in-game city is affiliated to the Netherlands
It was created on Jan 6th, 2026
