As of October 2026, Bhutan has currently made its goal to have territorial hegemony over the borders of Bhutan before taking moves of independence while still having its own Home Rule act as to grant its title of Autonomous Territory.

The first major recognition of Bhutan as being apart of the borders of Liao would be in a border treaty signed between the LCA and Narmada.
