Following intense discussions that evening, the name of the new state was officially established as FengTian, and its national flag was designed, laying the foundation for Fengtian Province within the new political system.

On the evening of October 28, a territorial crisis broke out in the provincial capital of Dalian. The claim blocks belonging to Dalian_Wan, a protected town in Dalian, mysteriously disappeared. This allowed Japan to establish the town of Daria and attempt to merge it with Asia, a Japanese town that had already established a presence in Dalian, before overclaiming Dalian.

Ultimately, after efforts from multiple parties, a new shielded town, Hai_ZhiYun, was established on land within Dalian, causing the Japanese expansion attempt to fail. In the early hours of October 29, the Fengtian Provincial Government announced the end of the state of emergency in Dalian.

Political Position
