Fr0z3nW1nt3r is the current leader of Karafuto. Though before this position he was the leader of many towns before. The height of these previous towns being the town of Monterey. While previously being active and a contributor to California, the reign of EnglishFrog lead Fr0z3nW1nt3r to leave and join his friend Lach as a Sub-Nation of Greco-Bactria. After that though, he became inactive and has been so for a good portion of time.
