Victoria Rosemary Grosvenor (née Cavendish), 2nd Duchess of Westminster, Lady Hanover, Princess of Italy, Princess of Imperial Germany is the current spouse of the 2nd Duke of Westminster, Alfred Grosvenor. She is the 'Lady of The Manor' and prepares all rooms for events, decorated to her personal likings - also being an aristocrat, residing in Westminster House with her husband, Alfred, the inherited 2nd Duke of Westminster.Template:Infobox Monarch

The Duchess of Westminster has taken a personal liking into architecture, admiring the fondness of Imperial Palaces and also "Georgian" style residences. She is also somewhat an entrepreneur, investing in many properties to extend Grosvenor House aswell as decorating Westminster House to her liking.
