German Reconstruction is characterized by the formation of the Federation of Germany on October 23rd by Paperpikmin in the Reconstruction Era in order to reestablish a functioning German nation. The goal was to reestablish Germany as a force in the world, unify the german borders as best possible, and establish diplomatic relations once more. Reconstruction has not been deemed over yet, and is currently underway.
