Imperia originated from an ancient and highly advanced civilization, that fell after being overtaken. All that remains are clans that call it home. Despite its unusual government, it is the capital of Ukraine, being run by the Volynian Clan.

History
The town was originally created with the major help of tdfds, Mocc and boneless_timbs (Old government of the Amapan nation) after escaping the South Americas when tensions against their nation were rising. They later went to make their nation. But, after popularity struck EMC, it became anarchy, allowing people to freely create their own groups and militias in the town.
