The Kingdom of Scotland
DISCLAIMER: The Kingdom of Scotland is NOT a nation; it is categorized as a political party/organization on the EarthMC Wiki. It is not to be confused with the nation of Scotland (2019-2021).
About
The Kingdom of Scotland is a political entity (not a nation) consisting of a confederation of towns who are collectively known as the "House of Stuart" aka the Stuart Clan. Although Scottish towns may be a part of any nation, or none at all - they are nonetheless a part of Scotland as long as they recognize the Kingdom of Scotland's primacy.
Special Relationship with France
The Kingdom of Scotland is in a personal union with the Kingdom of France, but we do not claim to be a part of France or speak for France. The Scottish Government is not associated with the French Government; France is not responsible for the actions of Scotland and vice versa. All French Citizens are, however, granted full Scottish citizenship. All Scottish citizens are guaranteed French citizenship as well.
Government
The Kingdom of Scotland is a monarchy ruled by Her Majesty Queen Kipiscute of Scotland (Countess of Aberdeen). The Kingdom of Scotland's House of Lords is the only governing organization of the Kingdom, serving as both a parliament and a cabinet. All mayors who are a part of the Kingdom of Scotland are automatically Lords - however the Queen may appoint anyone to serve. All Catholic cardinals and archbishops in France or Great Britain, all mayors in Scotland, and every member of the British, French, and Scottish royal family is automatically a part of the House of Lords - however, they have the right to not participate in the house. Certain Lords may be granted ministries or other responsibilities by the Queen. All Lords have the right to propose and vote on bills. The Queen has the right to refuse to pass any bill, however, will not use this power unless the bill is deemed to be infringing on mayors' rights.
