We do not know munch about Kotte, but it is the first town ever. It is made by Lazulite
History
The early times
Kotte was founded on the First day of Terra Nova early access on 20:10 EDT. It is located on Sri Lanka.
Buildings
All that we can see so far is some walls in the one chunk that makes the city.
