Military
Nubia currently does not operate an official federal military, however, various paramilitary groups exist throughout the ream. Instead, Nubia relies on its many protectors and allies for military support as well as the various paramilitary groups and militias that exist from town to town. Nubia does keep a cache of weapons to arm citizens. In the case of armed conflict Nubia is capable of mobilizing its citizens into a capable fighting force . Currently a small militia does exist to tackle sand poachers and even track them down after they have left the area. Plans for a permanent fighting force have been established.
Economy
The Nubian economy is currently quite small. There are currently no international shops within Nubia, however, a few small shops exist in towns to serve the local populous. Many goods are bought and sold from the government to generate revenue. The real estate industry within El Obeid has begun to take off with prebuilt houses going for an average of 10 gold, both as embassies and residential plots. More are currently under construction.

History
Nubia was started in February of 2019. It has participated in the various skirmishes against the British Empire within Africa. As of recently, Nubia has formally declared their support against the current Scottish Regime in the First Scottish Coup. Nubia has also participated in the Siege of Nairobi, the first battle won by a solely Nubia force. As of the downfall of the African Union, of which it had heavily been involved in and had taken a significant leadership role within it. Nubia has enjoyed a prolonged period of military peace. Around the beginning of August, the nation was renamed from "Sudan" to "Nubia" in order to create a better image of the nation. The capital was temporarily renamed from El Obeid to Al Ubayyid however, after the real life El Obeid massacre, the nation was renamed back to El Obeid in order to hold a proper memorial.
Vexillology
The Nubian flag is a vertical tricolor. The fly end of the flag is dyed brown as to represent the people of the East African coast. The middle band is also dyed white as to represent the White Nile River which flows through the center of the nation. The black band represents the fertility of the Nile River and the land that sits by it.
The flag of the Nubian Antarctic Territories includes a blue circle in its center. While having no official meaning, it is used to represent the abundance of water, the cold weather as well as being simply a symbol commonly used to represent Antarctica.
Subjects
Nubia has a relatively limited sphere of influence as a relatively isolationist nation. For the most part, its sphere of influence does not reach beyond East Africa. The most prominent exception to this is a subjected town in Antarctica, suitably named Nubian_Antarctic. Their entry into the Nubian Empire came a day after a visit from the mayor, Shmalter, (Also known as "Walter,") who came to the conclusion that closer ties to Nubia would greatly benefit both Nubia and his town formerly called Arcane, now Nubian_Antarctic.
