Toyama was created in the Reformation period, on the 3th February, by Roki017, one of the former mayors. Currently, Toyama is owned by Yllalen, a former Emperor of Japan and Ashikaga.
Geography
The name Toyama in Japanese means "rich with mountains", which is an accurate description of the town. Toyama has access to the Sea of Japan, being situated on the northern part of Central Honshu. Currently, the limits of Toyama are:
N - The Sea of Japan;
S - The Haneisangaku Woods, Okaya;
E - Mount Hanei, Nagano (in the process of being claimed), Itomori, Takasaki
W - Komatsu
Chracteristics:
- The highest altitude is on Mount Hanei, at Y125.
- The lowest altitude is in Toyama Square at Y62.5-63.
- There is an artificial canal that flows to the Sea of Japan.
- The underground of Toyama is rich in iron deposits. Until recently, the area was also rich in gold deposits, but due to excessive mining most of them are gone now.
History
The Book Lost to Time
Before the Toyama we know today, there was another settlement in the exact area, the home plot being the same. On the ruins of that town, Roki017 created Toyama, and, along with other people built and expanded it.
Sadly, due to the fact that Toyama was a small and insignificant town, it doesn't appear in history books, and we can only get information from the old maps and people that inhabited Japan.
