After Yugoslavia failed, Lucasia ended up going back to Victoria. He made a town called Saint Lucas. The town never succeeded. And unfortunately Lucasia had a falling out with the Emperor and was banned for arguing with him which was ruled as “disrespect” he had already made plans to leave though. He even had plans to become the Victorian Emperor. So, he disbanded his town and became the co mayor of a former friend's town, Huntington [[CSA]]. He also helped another old friend in his town [[North Boston|North_Boston CSA]]. Both of those friends removed them from his towns. And while Lucasia was running for Vice President in an act of rage he did something he would regret for the rest of his life.
