BetaPlain (28 June 2019 - ) is a mayor, duke, province leader and businessman who is the current leader of Windemere on Terra Aurora. He was the duke of the Duchy of Aleut and the mayor of the town of Newburn on Terra Nova.

BetaPlain joined the server on 28 June 2019 with the strong ambition to found a town and nation. Shortly after joining, BetaPlain selected the appropriate location for Newburn, along the coast of the Bristol Bay. BetaPlain contacted server staff to ensure that the name of Southwest Alaska could be used for a new republic that BetaPlain hoped to found.

Early History

28 June-25 July 2019: Founding of Newburn

The Trip to Alaska

BetaPlain joined the server on 28th June 2019. While sitting in the queue, he planned out his new adventure. He quickly went on the server map and found an uninhabited bay area in Alaska. BetaPlain later spawn in Mongolia.

BetaPlain walked across Asia and Europe before deciding to drown himself in Spain, leading to his respawn point in Chicago.

BetaPlain boated to Newburn and along the way explored the towns bordering the Pacific Ocean.

The Raidings and Start

Eventually, an unknown player came to the shaft BetaPlain was in and killed him. After the unknown player was unable to find any items that were useful, he broke the chests he could find and ran away. BetaPlain was only able to save 1/4 of his items that day.

Only a week later two players came South from Koyuk and slaughtered BetaPlain twice. They did not steal any items.

Eventually, BetaPlain started his first town, Newburn, with 64 gold.
