Context

During the first two weeks of April, 2018, the nations of Republica Romana and the Russian Empire both faced rising tensions with the nations of the Austrian Empire and the German Empire. In order to protect their two nations, Russia and SPQR signed this agreement on April 15, 2018, in order to protect and aid each other in case of war with Austro-Germany.

Text

The text of the treaty reads as follows:

This treaty hereby establishes a mutual defense alliance between the nations of Republica Romana and the Russian Empire from Austro- German aggressions. If either of our two nations are again attacked by the Austrian or German Empires, and said nation is dragged into war, the other shall defend, protect, and assist the nation in their war with Austro- Germany.
