Created by CDDRAGON4784 on Oct 4 2023 and is a part of the nation Trans-Siberia created after a failed plan to make a DMZ in Korea.It was created in a unclaimed town with the help from liltyquivius as a place for industrial development.The name Stalingrad was proposed by Allindemcrits because the capital city was named Leningrad.
