Fresno, officially the City of Fresno, is a city and metropolis in southern Cascadia. It is located in the Southern California region, and borders the cities of San Francisco, San Jose, Madera, Visalia, and Azure Bay. It was the former capital of the independent State of Jefferson before its dissolution and incorporation into Cascadia, and is currently the largest city in Cascadia by population. It is a hub for activity and commerce in the southern region of Cascadia, and is the predominant city of the Southern electoral constituency.

Buildings
The most famous Fresno building is the Fresno Skyscraper, which is an OFN Heritage site, and the first ever skyscraper in EMC. Fresno is also home to Cascadias Kechaye National Park.

City Districts
Fresno consists of 4 districts: Downtown Fresno, the economic and town hub; Old town, the original town center; Civic Center, an industrial district; and Kechaye District, the modern section.
