In accordance with the constitution of Baltic, if the Government deems a situation to be crisis-worthy, it can activate a temporary Military Government, wherein the President shall pick a Chairman to lead it, and the Chairman can choose his war cabinet. The military government can be created when the President feels it is necessary, and can be disbanded when the President feels it is no longer needed. However, if it is created during wartime, and peace is signed, the military government is required to disband. | In accordance with the constitution of Baltic, if the Government deems a situation to be crisis-worthy, it can activate a temporary Military Government, wherein the President shall pick a Chairman to lead it, and the Chairman can choose his war cabinet.
