amnoukei、kitikmeot等は7000gの内900gをMelanesiaに寄付した。

9月17日にMelanesiaの独立を発表(Squidが名乗っていたMelanesiaとは別の国家)。

一時期は120人まで人口が増加する。

朝倉遷都後、団栗は新京から[[Katze|加津]](Katze)に移動し市長へなるも加津を崩壊させる。その為[[Republic of Nugini|ヌギニ共和国]]警察庁は団栗を犯罪者として登録したが、団栗はヌギニでは人間国宝に指定されている為、翌日犯罪者リストから外された。
