At Haggler84's request he left Mandurah again and created north eyre, leaving the town in the hands of a gambling addict. In early April, majority of the government defected to the opposition. However, due to ItzRtqx having conflict with velvetworm in the past, he was not offered to join with his former friends. This led to him feeling his good friends Gabe and Smothy had stabbed him in the back, as they didn't try to convince velvetworm to let him in either. He became deputy leader of the Democracy and Development Party, following the collapse of what remained of the Pilbaran United Party and the Democracy Efficiency Party.

On April 30th, during a cabinet shuffle, ItzRtqx was shuffled off of MoND on to the open position of Minister of Transport. A couple of hours later it came to light that ItzRtqx had misappropriated a small amount of ministry funding. His defense was that the gold was paid back almost immediately and therefore no lasting damage had been done; nevertheless, the action itself was the issue and destroyed all credibility ItzRtqx had post-premiership, and he resigned his position as Minister of Transport later that night, realising that the impending inquiry would likely mean this anyway, and he preferred to leave on his own terms.

His defense was that the gold was paid back almost immediately (2-3 Weeks) and therefore no lasting damage had been done; nevertheless, the action itself was the issue and destroyed all credibility ItzRtqx had post-premiership, and he resigned his position as Minister of Transport later that night after the whole cabinet told him to, realising that the impending inquiry would likely mean this anyway, and he preferred to leave on his own terms. He later however would crashout, and unresign his position, following this by beginning to argue with several Pilbarans about the affair until he took a break of approximately 30 hours from the Pilbara Discord.
