Fly had first run for the Presidency of Cascadia in the July 2025 election, coming 6th in a crowded race, winning 7.6% of the national popular vote. However, in their August 2025 campaign, galvanized by support in key metropolitan areas such as Meridian and Grouse, Fly won the election handily against former president and incumbent House Speaker SergioTheCrafter, receiving 45.5% of the first-preference vote, and 63.6% of the two-candidate preferred against Sergio. Fly was inaugurated as the 25th president of Cascadia on August 17, 2025, with a majority of her cabinet being confirmed by the Legislature later that evening. | Fly had first run for the Presidency of Cascadia in the July 2025 election, coming 6th in a crowded race, winning 7.6% of the national popular vote.
