15/10/2025 to Present |

This era began due to a significant boost in growth. The town went from 32 residents in mid october 2025 to a peak of 98 residents in the first half of November. Since that point, res count has been coming and as of 13/12/2025 that number is now at 61. But recruitment rates still remain higher than they have been for most of the towns history, thus why the The Second Recruitment Era continues to this present day (13/12/2025). The second recruitment era also forced a 24 chunk expansion of the town to house all the residents, the highest in nearly a year.

== The Towns Political History ==

The town of Adelaide has always been a PPP (Pilbaran Progressors Party) town, meaning it and its residents support that party during times of election and fought the opposition (The PUP). However in august 2025, parties were disbanded in Pilbara ending the towns political history. The constituency Adelaide was in was usually always won by the PUP (PPP's opposition), but had PPP wins sometimes. Members of Adelaide have made it into government, and the mayor of Adelaide, UnitiveBog10934 has been Prime Minister 3 times (second time for a week) and Deputy Prime Minister twice.

== Regional Infrastucture ==

Adelaide is probably one of the densest towns for infrastructure on the continent. It hosts a sub system, the SEAN highway purple line, the lakelesslands north south highway, overland onslow-adelaide ice highway, Pilbara national highway and the wolftree road networks. The town also has road ice highways for quick travelling and an orbital river (but isn't very boat friendly). The town also hosts scattered paths around it.

== Geography ==

Adelaide itself is a desert town, it is located within the Gibson desert of WA. But regardless of being in a desert, it doesn't appear to be that way when you enter the town. Adelaide has been built into an artificial oasis to rid of the ugly desert terrain and colours. The town is also built in a lowering in the terrain, with much of surrounding area being around Y-85, adelaide sits mostly at Y-80.

== Economy ==

The town hosts a central shop for residents to shop at, the town spawn also hosts a location where residents can buy a shop chest quarter for 3g/per. This is give residents opportunities to make gold. Overall however, Adelaide doesn't posses that much gold with only around 1000g between 61 residents. 161g of that is in the town bank as a reserve.

== Diplomacy ==

Adelaide has had multiple interactions in diplomacy. Adelaide was formed partially on the basis of causing a border infraction with australia in order to free Pilbara from the overly restrictive border agreement we had been forced into. Adelaide was also featured in a treaty called "The treaty of Adelaide", however the final name of that treaty is unknown and has been lost to time.
