The Siege of New Brisbane was fought between Australia and the NA-Pilbara Coalition on 12-13 October 2024, and was part of the Great Australian War. It was the longest and bloodiest battle of the war, being fought across 2 days, and resulting in 38+ player deaths.

BuskerGamer6RT, the mayor of New_Brisbane, often built roads in the wilderness in the early days of the war, which attracted Australian hunters, and ultimately led to PvP outside the town. A variety of tactics were used in the battle: Pilbara had set up traps in New Brisbane, and attempted to bait Australian soldiers into these traps. 12BarBruise, an Australian fighter, was killed in a trap, and his netherite armour set was taken. Kobikraft was isolated and killed by Cap_Worm and VIVAPATAGONIA. Gautomy was also killed in the battle, and his netherite set and trident were lost.

The Siege of New Brisbane was an important victory for Australia, and was the first battle in which the kings of NA and Pilbara had been killed. It was also the first battle in the war where hunters/neutral PvPers were present.
