The Nation of Massachusetts was established by Jacquemon on the 25th of April with Salem as its Capital, which was soon joined by Boston and even Quebec City; Massachusetts soon got into contact with an official involved in the Nation of New York and the two Nation shad agreed that they wouldn't cross each others side of the Connecticut this was a handshake deal. On May the first, the server had opened to the Public for the very first time, and the Nation of Massachusetts grew rapidly thanks to the assembled discord community finally logging on which led to the Charter of Massachusetts being ratified which was there to ensure stability for the young Nation and to lay the ground & framework for the Constitution.
