Bluwu101, commonly known as Bluwu, is a player on Terra Nostra and the founder of Bucharest, the capital of the Kingdom of Carpathia. He is best known for leading the Romanian political movement during the early days of the server and for becoming the first elected Voievod of the Romanians.

Bluwu101 founded Bucharest on 18 April 2026 during Terra Nostra’s pre-launch period. The town later became the political and administrative center of the Romanian Union and eventually the capital of the Kingdom of Carpathia.

Role in the Romanian Union

During the pre-launch and early launch period, Bluwu101 helped organize the Romanian towns scattered across the Carpathians, Danube region, and surrounding areas. Through the Bucharest Council and the Romanian Union, he played a central role in gathering mayors, coordinating diplomacy, and supporting the development of a future Romanian state.

As the Romanian towns began discussing leadership and capital status, Bluwu101 ran in the election for the title of national leader. He won the vote and was elected the first Voievod of the Romanians on Terra Nostra.

Foundation of Carpathia

After the in-game nation name Romania was taken by the rival Kalosvar-led faction on 28 May 2026, Bluwu101 founded the Kingdom of Carpathia on 29 May 2026 with the support of the Romanian Union and its affiliated mayors.

Although the nation could not use the Romania name in-game, Bluwu101 and the Carpathian government maintained that Carpathia represented the legitimate continuation of the Romanian Union and the true Romanian state on Terra Nostra.

Political Views

Bluwu101 is associated with constitutional monarchy, democracy, town autonomy, and Romanian unity. His political vision for Carpathia emphasizes a decentralized constitutional kingdom where towns remain semi-autonomous while cooperating under a common Crown and national government.

He is also connected with the development of Carpathia’s constitutional system, including the recognition of town self-determination, democratic elections, and civic participation.

Legacy

Bluwu101 is regarded as one of the central founders of the Romanian national movement on Terra Nostra. His role in founding Bucharest, organizing the Romanian Union, winning the election for Voievod, and creating the Kingdom of Carpathia made him one of the most important early figures in Carpathian history.
