===The beginning of [[The Great European War (Nostra)|the Great European War]]===
On the 31st of July, Sicily declared war on Italy for overclaiming their capital. Italy is part of the cooperation alliance "the triple entente", and the entente held the belief that a war against one member is an attack on all members so, on the same day, Huxf (Director of the entente and Grand chancellor of the PLC at the time) Declared war on Sicily in the following message:
<blockquote>Triple Threat
Hello everyone , | |||
One of The Triple Entente's core principles is mutual defence, as such: France, Italy and the PLC are unified in the action of announcing our declartion of war against Sicily.
Lies have been casted by the Sicilians to mask their ulterior motives. Their dog had created two Towns deep inside Italian claims, and then after diplomatic talks, initiated by Italy to remove the Towns - they decide to give them to SPQR!
The victim card won't work here, it is clear they are the aggressors, for a long period Sicily was massively overclaimable - what did Italy do with two towns bordering it? Nothing!
Our combined determination in this effort will remain unwavered, massive response pending.

Following this, the nation of Carpathia declared war on Italy, in support of sicily. In their message they also denounced the PLC for hunting their citizens.
Later | |||
===Ukrainian Ceasefire===
<blockquote>(🇵🇱🇱🇹) Ceasefire with Ukraine
Hello everyone , | |||
After extensive discussions with the Ukranians, we have come to an agreement with new borders outlined, town swaps & gold transfer.
Whilst this is only a ceasefire as of now, we will work together to rebuild a degree of trust and understanding to ensure both our Nations prosper without the others interference.
Long Live The Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth 🫡
-Huxf, 01/08/2026, 02:44 pm</blockquote>
This probably does not end their war, nor is it clear if this is permanent or temporary.
