Sumer (full name Kingdom of Sumer or The Pasture of Sumer) is a nation situated in the Mesopotamian region, with the capital being Agrabah, a city between the Euphrates and Tigris rivers. It is known as the "Land of Kengir by its people. The nation is owned by Andakira, as the Sonion (Mayor) of Agrabah, and thus the head of the nation. Sumer is currently under the Fourth Nubian Empire as a Pasture.

It's capital, Agrabah, is known for being a tourist city, as well as its onion dome skyline and unique architectural style, blending Moorish, Roman, Hausmann and Aladdin elements into the buildings.
