Description
Kip is a player in EMC. Once a member of the nation of France he and his town were kicked for disregarding border agreements with Italia. Kip then renamed his town(Geneva) to Luxembourg and later to Romandy when he joined the rebel nation of Francia. He was also soon kicked out of Francia and promptly had his town cut in half for hollowclaiming/claimblocking.
