After the emperor of Liao changed to Mu_Zi_Li and the URoC fell into run,Liao become worst and many people left their nation.The Capital of Liao changed to Yilan .Also the Mudanjiang-the oldest city of Liao was given to their enemy because of spy.New emperor cannot rule his nation well.They try to look for peaceful by join their enemy federation-CPU but they were kicked after 1 week.After that Liao become a no-man nation before Eternal_wind and Your_Mother_Boom back,got back mudanjiang and new emperor Fangkuai2214 come up.<br />在辽的新皇帝Mu_Zi_Li上任以及联盟解散之后,辽变得衰落，越来越多的人口离开了辽。同时新皇帝上任之后把首都迁到了依兰镇，此举亦间接令到全辽最古老的城市，首都牡丹江在5月25日因为间谍落入了敌人之手。新皇帝并不能有效地管治好辽，同时辽一为了和平曾一度加入他们昔日的敌人组织CPU,却在一星期之后被踢出来。黑暗时期要到两位先帝回归，牡丹江回归以及新皇帝上任而得到些少改善。
