After much of a decline of population and territory in the month and so prior, the Nubian nation started expanding rapidly once more population wise. Towns like Suna and [[Turkana]] started rising in population once more, with the help of Emperor [[twomoo1119]] and Minister of Municipal Development [[gorkymoo1119]]. More towns were founded in Nubian Arabia and the lower Darfur region, helping to ensure claims there stayed Nubian, especially as a result of the recent border violation from [[Niger|Nigeria]] of Croma.

As a result of this, Nubia became much more hopeful for the future, and the loss of all Zambien border violations increased this. Much more of the Nubian population became active, despite the rest of the server losing activity and population.

After the purchase of North Greenland by karlraven06 and Kallus66, former Nubians, [[twomoo1119]] discussed the idea of closer relations and staying in the Nubian community. The leadership of North Greenland liked this, and requested to join the Second Nubian Empire. After a vote in the Nubian Lower House, they were officially welcomed into the Second Nubian Empire.

Around 2 weeks after the addition of North Greenland to the Second Nubian Empire, the idea of speaking with the leadership of Baghermi was discussed in the Nubian government, after an initial suggestion from [[gorkymoo1119]]. It was agreed that speaking with Baghermi about closer relations, such as joining the Empire, would be a good idea. [[Twomoo1119]] spoke with Yoda2301, leader of Baghermi, on the 19th of October 2020, and he requested to join. As per standard precedure, [[twomoo1119]] opened a vote on it in the lower house. The vote passed by an overwhelming majority, and Baghermi was added to the Second Nubian Empire.
