Ottoman Rumelia (originally Great Yugoslavia) was founded on January 5th, 2020, by VladThyInhaler following his succession from the Roman Empire (SPQR).
Aiming to emulate the success of its real world counterpart, Ottoman Rumelia as of writing holds territory in the Balkans and Mediterranean Sea, with plans of expansion.
