After the first renovation of Kerman, it became clear to Tamar__ that a grander name was needed to fit the burgeoning city of Kerman. Tamar__ decided on the name of Persepolis to fit the town, based on the profound importance of the real life Persepolis and Kerman's location relative to it. But this did not come without opposition, the Persian Royal Court was very opposed to this change as they thought it could confuse Persian citizens where they were as it was similar to the Persian capital city of Pasargadae. But after the reluctance, the name was changed on July 16, 2020. Soon after Tamar__ decided that he was going to reach a milestone in Persia and obtain 100 citizens. And so he did, on August 18 Persepolis became the first Persian city to obtain 100 citizens. | |||
