The town was first created in ~~May~~ 2019 under the funding of Spaverse and Ruseowl but soon after was left in the hands of Matthewcannon01 as they left for Bridgeton. Matthew soon got to work fixing Rennes that was left barren with only 1 single ugly red road in the middle. Matthewcannon01 continued to fix Rennes and later added houses and started to recruit more people. Rennes later became the suburbs of Bridgeton the largest city in Canada at the time and the capital of Quebec.
