India is a Empire. Indias have to vote for a representative (Senator) for there town. There are weekly meetings where Senators and the cabinet discuss topics such as forreign affairs and inside national issue etc. A government meeting can be called at any time if there is something big happening such as a war brewing or attacks happening. The cabinet comes with the political party you are voting for.
