The whole project was in hold for about three weeks in search of further permission and gathering materials. On 27.Aug.2019, the Trans-Siberia section was permitted by [[Manchuria Infrastructure Team (MIT)]] and started its construction right away. The construction later slow down due to the start of the school. The ice rail is heavily griefed by players which made the construction even more slower cuz fixing the griefs took up all of the time. This phenomenon wasn’t stopped until Slayer became the Mod and be able to roll back all the grief.
