Founding
On December 12th 2017, in reponse to the deletion of inactive towns, the town of Tokyo fell and was looted by many, including PolkadotBlueBear and PolkadotMonkey, who located a large Zombie grinder and claimed it.
Government
This colony is officially owned by Alania, however it is jointly owned by Alania and Hefei, or PolkadotBlueBear and PolkadotMonkey respectively. Anything that affects this outpost must be approved by both PolkadotBlueBear and PolkadotMonkey
