On February 26, 2019, sebas2510, joined La Plata, willing to make a balnearian town near Mar del Plata.
On February 27, he established a quinta in the current place of the town, this building would be remembered as the first ever structure raised in the town.
First, the quinta was available for any kinds of people to go in it but currently, it is the house where the town mayor lives at, so it is private.
