The Trade Federation is a chartered trading conglomerate, made up of 5 departments, established on May 10, 2024, by the player Chancellor_Stat. the Trade Federation specializes in the sale of a wide range of goods and the design and construction of builds. It has been granted a charter in the regions in Eastern Africa and is expected to create a colony in the region for the Most Serene Republic of Genoa in the near future. The Trade Federation's current headquarters are in the Genovese town of Tripoli, with a headquarters for the americas expected to be built in the Delawarean town of Gloucster.
History

Organisational Structure
The Trade Federation, employs people from different continents and origins, all citizens of Federalised towns are members of the Federation, each member is given the rank of Trooper when they first join the federation, which they can rise from through promotions.
The Chancellor is the Chairman of the Trade Federation, with complete ownership over the Federation and all its entities, the Federation, is composed of 5 Departments, for commerce, resources, architecture, defence, and personnel management. Each department has a commander, who is selected by the Chancellor based on merit. The board of Commanders are formed by the 5 Commanders, which is the executive and legislative body of the Trade Federation. This Board of Commanders act as an advisory body to the Chancellor, whose word is final
