PLC (Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth) is a nation in Europe on Terra Nostra of EarthMC. It was founded by TheMagicTom on April 18th 2026 and it was the 5th nation to be founded. Its Capital is Warsaw.

Announcement: Qing is rebranding to PLC
As of today, this Discord server will be used for the planning and development of PLC for the upcoming EMC reset.

The PLC discord used to be used as a discord for the nation of Qing on an earlier EMC. The server owner, TheMagicTom, rebranded the discord server and began planning how the server would start the new nation. An extensive plan was made to get resources and gold, which was enacted on the first day of the nostra server.
Beginnings
We did it! The PLC is the 5th nation to be created in Nostra.
This is an amazing achievement for a group of people who were complete strangers just a few months ago. We actually did it the 5th nation in EMC! This is just the start of an amazing journey we’re going to take together.

On the day of the start of Terra Nostra, April 17th, Warszawa gets founded by TheMagicTom. The name 'Warsaw' was taken by a group in Africa. Certain pre-planned towns were also made. A player named Mlecz creates the town 'Poland' on the vistulan riverside, acting as a direct competitor to Warszawa.
The following day (April 18th),TheMagicTom Creates the Nation of PLC. With its capital being Warszawa. A few more towns were created across Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and were promptly invited to the Nation.
On the 20th of April, Warszawa changed its name to Warsaw, after the town of 'Warsaw' disbanded

On 22nd of April, Latvijaa (Mayor of Riga) got banned from the server for using an x-ray and the newly founded nation of Poland declared the PLC an enemy, however, one of the chancellors reassured the people of the PLC that they would not provoke them or be provoked by them.
On the 24th of april, the shop in Warsaw was finished and public.
The Two Poland Problem
Ultimatum to "Poland"
Recently, a group of players settled in Polish-Lithuanian claims and established the nation of "Poland". Despite our amicability, they have continued to try and undermine our stability by bribing and catcalling our Polish players, harassing anyone who wasn't a Pole and creating invasive towns next to ours. They have provoked us, and we decide we'll give these degenerates retaliation.
Our ultimatum calls for "Poland" to enter in diplomatic talks within the next 24 hours. Failing to comply with this order will lead to a declaration of war.

On the 25th, King TheMagicTom addressed Poland's anti-PLC behaviour and sent the above message in regards to the nation of Poland taking land in PLC claims. Mlecz had then replied calling him "a childish leader" and replied to other sincere requests from the Chancellor, Karabines, using words like "Yip Yap" and "BOOOOORING". Following this, Mlecz released a Counter-Ultimatum that copied TheMagicTom's words almost exactly. You can see it in the following Block quote.

PLC Declares War on Poland
[@everyone] In the last 24 hours, Poland has failed to open a ticket in our Discord to discuss diplomacy. We gave them ample time to come forward and resolve this matter peacefully.
From this point forward, we are officially at war until the nation of Poland is disbanded, surrendered to our control, or in a peace agreement with us. Let this serve as a clear message to everyone within our claims.

26th of April, 'Poland' fails to share diplomatic talks with the PLC. King TheMagicTom exactly 24 hours after offering the ultimatum delivers a message targetted towards the nation of 'Poland' starting the war of the two polands.'Poland' responded through an AI saying that they would not surrender. Mlecz then took to the PLC discord to argue with the empowered. Spain then stood with the PLC to criticise 'Poland' and gave the following speech to the people of Spain:
I, Alejandro de Borbón, Prince of Spain and President of the Council of State of the Kingdom, in the exercise of the extraordinary powers conferred upon me by the state of emergency established on April 25, wish to express the unwavering position of this Crown regarding the recent challenges to geopolitical stability in Europe. In fulfillment of our commitment to our friendly nation, the Polish-Lithuanian Confederation, the Kingdom of Spain strongly and unequivocally condemns the rebel faction calling itself "Poland" currently under the insurgent command of Mlecz. We consider this organization to be illegitimate, representing a direct threat to the constitutional order of our allies.
Consequently, and with the aim of safeguarding the integrity of international relations, I announce the immediate imposition of a total and absolute trade embargo on the aforementioned rebel nation. This measure implies the cessation of any exchange of goods, services and capital, as well as the closure of our trade borders to any product that seeks to finance the destabilization of the Confederation.

30th of April and 'Poland' creates a town called 'Poland_Siege' on the southern border of Warsaw, also likely intentionally preventing the city from expanding southwards, to where Warsaw was meant to expand with time.

More about the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth
in 1569, The Crown of the Kingdom of Poland and Grand Duchy of Lithuania unified via the union of Lublin into the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. Its official languages were Polish and Latin. In 1596 from Kraków to Warszawa and it was an elective monarchy. Later on, the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth got partitioned by the Russian Empire, The Kingdom Of Prussia and the Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria (Modern day Austria) until the country ceased to exist in 1795.
