Information
State of Central Asia (The SCA) – A totalitarian state located in central Asia, now extinct. Its capital was Mojang. The King/President was xelepV, and the Head of State/Foreign Minister was Qydy.
Prologue
At the end of June 2023, Qydy, then mayor of Dandong in the Ming Federation, conceived the idea of establishing a new nation in Northeast China. He contacted XSZQ (current President xelepV), mayor of CCTV6 on the Korean Peninsula; qndm, mayor of Yanbian; and Pigeon_Mash, mayor of Fushun (who later withdrew), to collaborate on fundraising. He also consulted FutureYun, the mayor of Shenyang, to explore the matter. Qydy initially hoped that the new nation would join the Ming Federation and coexist harmoniously with its members.
Around this time, Longsea, a member of the Ming Federation, decided to sell the nation and auctioned it in a QQ group. Consequently, Qydy placed a reservation to purchase the nation for 1,300 gold and sold Dandong and CCTV6 to raise sufficient funds. However, while Dandong remained unsold for a prolonged period, CCTV6 was pre-purchased by the Korean side for 900 gold.
Nevertheless, within the Ming Federation, some high-ranking members, including the then Prime Minister PreviousYun, opposed the sale of CCTV6 to Korea. Their opposition was based on two main reasons: first, they believed the transaction "infringed" upon the so-called sovereign rights of the Ming Federation; second, as a state-funded city, CCTV6 should not be sold to foreigners. However, while Ming's financial support had provided some assistance to CCTV's development, the help was negligible. CCTV6 had used only a portion of the funds received and had already reached a peaceful coexistence agreement with the Korean side. Moreover, CCTV6 was built through the joint efforts of its first mayor and his partners, with the majority of land expansion funds raised by the first mayor himself. Ming attempted to distort the facts by claiming that its minimal development aid made CCTV6 entirely a Ming possession.
The first mayor sought to have a proper discussion with Ming, but during the process, certain Ming nationals hurled insults and spread unverified allegations (such as claiming that the first mayor had declared CCTV6 as belonging to Korea, or that the former mayor of Dandong had made anti-China remarks, etc.). In the end, for the sake of harmonious relations between both sides, the first mayor handed over CCTV6 to Ming for 300 gold. Dandong was ultimately sold to TZ__taozhe, a former resident of Zhumadian, for 100 gold.
To extricate himself from the Ming Federation's entanglements and address the issue of moving the capital, Qydy sited the new nation's capital at Lake Balkhash in Central Asia. Finally, on July 10, 2023, the new nation was officially established, drawing a clear line between itself and the Ming Federation.
Colonial Oppression by Kazakhstan
About a month after the new capital was established, Qydy was attacked and killed by Bobka, the leader of the Republic of Kazakhstan, while expanding town territory. Qydy was not wearing any armour or carrying any weapons at the time, while 21don was equipped with netherite armour, clearly indicating premeditation. Following the incident, Kazakhstan negotiated with President xelepV over territorial integrity. The outcome was a decision by xelepV that severely compromised the nation's sovereignty: Central Asia became a "special autonomous region" of Kazakhstan, was reduced to a protectorate of Kazakhstan, and was prohibited from forming alliances with other nations, resulting in the complete loss of national sovereignty. Afterwards, xelepV stated that he would "find an excuse to secede when the time comes."
Extinction
In early October 2023, King Ali_Pay attempted to delete chunks exceeding the block limit in response to the new overclaim rules (see: Overclaim Whitepaper). However, he mistakenly used the command /t delete instead of the command for deleting chunks, causing the capital Mojang and the entire nation of Central Asia to be instantly deleted. In the end, Qydy and xelepV, upon the invitation of their old friend FutureYun, returned to the Northeast region of the Ming Federation and established two 88-townblock cities, Yingkou and Anshan (Qydy later left Yingkou to establish Dalian), rejoining the Ming Federation.
