The “Organizer” of Massachusetts is considered the Head of State and leader of the executive branch, and is commander in chief. He is elected via a popular (FPTP) vote, and may be voted out or impeached via referendum called by a citizen although the Organizer has The Organizer shall not issue a decree or proclamation or announcement that results in the removal of Article 1. The Organizer shall appoint cabinet members.
