South Illinois and its History

Where is South Illinois? South Illinois is located near St. Louis. It is also on the bottom left of the Kaskaskian River that runs through Illinois and touches the Mississippi River too. You could walk to South Illinois by walking on the I-55 Highway that is connected to South Illinois, St. Louis, Vandalia, Springfield, Decatur, Israel, and even Chicago.

How did South Illinois come to be? South Illinois was decided by the founder of LucasP24 who we will just call Lucas, and Co-Founder Rotuma. Made on the 13th of August in 2026 South Illinois was looking like what you would expect: crops and farm pens. But on August 16th Lucas built a path to connect the town to I-55 South. Lucas also started to build roads for the town itself. The next day Lucas built a nice vibrant apartment building that could host 2 players to live inside. It also had a nice outdoor rooftop that the players living there could go on top of the building and enjoy the view. On August 19th Lucas started the construction of the Town Hall for South Illinois which was completed a day later. On August 21st Lucas built the first building that could be considered a real tower where you could look out across the plains of Illinois and Missouri and take in the view of the Mississippi River. The tower took about 2 to 3 days to fully complete with the water elevator taking a whole day to get the right materials to build it. Currently the Park St Tower is now completed on October 12th, 2026, where its construction started in early September. TO BE CONTINUED

Lucas’s History?

Lucas had a past town in the snowy lands of Russia. Ever heard of Baikal Lake? Well, it is a big lake in Russia that is above Mongolia. On a little peninsula that stuck out in the lake was the town of Baygrad. Lucas made small work here with the biggest builds being a bridge across the lake and making the peninsula an Island. Not too long after creating the town Rotuma convinced Lucas to build near more players. So, they set off to America.

Rotuma’s History? Rotuma came in late to the game a few days after Lucas. Rotuma explored some of the mountains nearby and it was not too long after that, that he realized they needed to move closer to the equator and closer to more players if they wanted a successful town/city.

How did they get to Southern Illinois? Lucas and Rotuma both teleported to the big city of Miami Floridia. From there they crossed from the east to the west coast of Floridia. They then built boats and they rowed all the way to New Orleans where they continued to travel using the Mississippi River to get to South Illinois. Lucas and Rotuma both admired the flood walls of Memphis and made their own design off of it. They were also amazed by the bridges of Memphis and St. Louis. Once they got to the place they wanted to go to, they built a small pen for 2 sheep and 1 cow, along with a wheat farm.

Government! South Illinois is part of the great Nation of the Commonwealth of America. LucasP24 is the current Mayor, Founder, and Main Architect for South Illinois. South Illinois is a Town of Democracy and will uphold the rights of not only its citizens but also the people of America.

South Illinois Constitution Us the people of South Illinois to form a better town, to protect our people, ensure fair treatment, and secure the independence of our town to the people and our prosperity, do ordain and establish this constitution for the Republic of South Illinois. Branches of Government. The president- just one man or woman who would be the final vote in making laws and commands the military. Highs-a number of 6 men and women who would vote on laws and hold high lawsuits and court situations. How a law would be made is the person who thought of the law would bring it into the Town hall and then the Highs along with the President would discuss and vote if it should be a law or not. If it is then it would be added to the laws. If the law does not pass it is called a flaw and would not be able to come back into the town hall unless revised or voted back in by the president. The vice president and the president would switch every few voting meetings in case of any assassination attempts on either.

Rights that people who are a part of South Illinois get. 1. Freedom of Speech but does not allow racial comments/threats or slurs. 2. Freedom to religion but do not force any religion on any. 3. Freedom to meet and assembly does not cover meeting on private property. 4. Right to a fair trial if you are accused of some form of crime. Innocent until proven guilty. 5. Leaders are elected by writing it in a book that is supervised by more than 1 person. 1 person cannot vote again in the same election. (When voting in the book write who you are voting for and write your name next to it like this. LucasP24 who voted person 2. 6. Freedom to Protest unless if the protest turns violent then SIA (South Illinois Army) Will step in and stop the protest.
