ECIR
The ECIR (Eastern Canada Ice Rail) is an ice highway system run by ii_adzasc that currently runs from Quebec to Domino (as of November 2021) A new line will open from Labrador Navy to Domino (phase 1) and Labrador Navy to Halifax Atlantic Terminal (phase 2). The system will also extend to Newfoundland. Matthi has approved a new station but Dabs_All_OvarYT has not. But as of December he has approved and most MECA town mayors have. On December 6, it was announced that plans have changed and the ECIR will not go to Rennes or Montréal and be rebranded as MECA Rail on January 1, 2022. The rebrand was due to the fact that ii_adzasc wanted to extend long distance but wanted to extend it only to certain areas. This new plan will take many months to construct and the local lines will be constructed first (B line - Quebec to Newfoundland and Newfoundland to Saint John and Minetopia) (B line - Old Hopedale to Halifax). There will be 3 express lines. One from Quebec to Keewatin, one from Halifax to Greensboro via Lyria, Bermuda and Fort Sumter and one from Newfoundland to Morocco and Angola. The project will be a little bit slower due to ii_adzasc being busy with the construction of Labrador Navy. The lettered lines were shortly renamed to being colors
