TrapDane is EMC player who joined in Feb. 2019, he was a prominent member of several Japanese nations that existed from 2019-2020 where he owned a single town called Setana. Half way through 2020 he and his friends decided to move from Japan as it was no longer the place they remembered it being and went to Europe to create the nation of Liechtenstein. In November 2020 he left EMC to play on EarthPol where he stayed until NewEarth released in 2022. When Aurora went into pre-release access to premium players, he and other TrapGang members joined the server.

Achievements

Ship building

Although he never was a well known ship builder like those in Britain, he was still relatively respected by the community for his builds.

He owned the most ships in Asia, totalling 3, 2 of which were his. The last ship was made by another ship builder in Japan, Fjolnir05, who is mostly known for his Space Battleship Yamato.

IJN Kaga

The three ships Dane had in his town were:

  • IJN Kaga
  • IJN I-400 submarine
  • Space Battleship Yamato from Star Blazers (inherited from Fjolnir05)

Map Art

Dane was also somewhat known for his mapart that he and other members of the TrapGang made. He believes that their most famous piece, Astolfo Ass, is one of the reasons why staff decided to change their mapart policy (source needed, thanks the lack of transparency from staff there is no solid evidence that proves the mapart was indeed partly a reason for the rule change, the previous sentence is just a rumor until proved otherwise)

IJN I-400

Dane believes that horny anime woman are the real way of making gold, his theory was proven on EarthPol where he and TrapSand became one of the richer players purely thanks to mapart of anime woman/man

Mapart made by TrapGang (Astolfo Ass on the left, Erika from GUP on the right)

He agrees that the ban on explicit mapart should exist to some degree, but argues that in its current form it bans anything "unique" from ever being made.
