Nova
It all began in the ruins of FuzeCity. Loutre_Honnete founded his city, Oakland, in the nation of Victoria in 2021. He started by creating a newspaper and a political party: the Imperial and the ARP, short for Popular Republican Alliance. The beginnings were difficult, and he was censored by the ruling power but this helped launch his political career.
Within Victoria, he founded an economic alliance between several cities, a sanitary cordon against a threat coming from the nation of Oz. Loutre_Honnete was preparing for the next server: Aurora.
The Chaos of Aurora
The arrival on the new server happened amid great commotion. The capital was quickly established thanks to the participation of many Victorians, including Loutre_honnete on the very first day. However, an authoritarian atmosphere soon settled within the nation. False accusations of theft and videos showing Emperor DeltaScorpior and Chancellor FatalSun_yt insulting citizens shattered the morale of the nation. Loutre_honnete soon went into exile in Yugoslavia, where he joined Georges_Albert, who would become a close friend.
However, the situation in Yugoslavia quickly worsened due to the Bulgarian threat, and Loutre_honnete was forced into exile once again. After several short-lived adventures, he eventually returned to Victoria, which had stabilized but remained tense. In the meantime, gbaguette had resumed the role of chancellor, but the nation was stagnating. Loutre_honnete founded his city on the border between Saint_Siège and Galactrice.
He quickly gathered the government's opponents into a coalition and decided to go on strike against gbaguette's government and FatalSun_yt's rule.
The situation quickly escalated, and the threat of secession from the entire western part of the Empire forced the ruling power to back down. The heir, Touqan_, and Chancellor gbaguette realized the harmful influence FatalSun_yt had on the nation and decided to join Loutre_Honnete’s protest movement. In a final act of rebellion, Loutre_Honnete and Touqan_ decided to steal the capital's resources and destroy as many buildings as possible before each going their separate ways.
Loutre_Honnete arrived in Bordeleaux, a city located in what corresponds to modern-day Malawi, within the nation of Zambia, led by Ikarr57, an ex-colony of Victoria. After a few weeks and the abdication of FatalSun_yt in Victoria, several former Victorians including FatalSun_yt himself, arrived. Zambia quickly collapsed due to internal conflicts, and once again, Loutre_Honnete decided to leave.
By pooling their resources from Bordeleaux and Nicaragua, Touqan and Loutre_Honnete founded Jakarn-Les-Flots and the nation of Manitoba in Canada. Victoria showed hostility toward Manitoba’s development, but it was unable to intervene. Some time later, as the Empire of Victoria had stabilized, Loutre_Honnete returned once again to Victoria, leaving Touqan in charge of Manitoba.
Era of Diplomacy
Loutre_Honnete took charge of the Ministry of Diplomacy. He launched several initiatives and signed multiple pacts with nations close to Victoria. His most ambitious project was the Francosphère, a union of all French-speaking communities as part of an initiative to ease tensions among the French. However, the tensions became too great, and a lack of interest from the rest of the Victorian government caused the project to fall apart.
Due to jealousy and internal tensions, the situation deteriorated, and the people began to rise up once again. While some, like Loutre_Honnete, advocated for mediation and compromise with the people, others—such as RedFire2500 and FatalSun_Yt—completely ignored their needs. It didn't take long before the people took up arms, thus sparking the first revolution.
Thanks to a clever maneuver by individuals close to Emperor FatalSun_Yt, the capital and the nation were handed over to Loutre_Honnete, who became Louis I of Oakland, the 4th Emperor of Victoria.
The next day, a congress was held with the various architects of the revolution. It was agreed that Loutre_Honnete would abdicate and hand over full power to a Consulate composed of gbaguette and NathMN_; RedFire2500 would later join them. The Consulate was intended to establish a new, more democratic and stable regime.
