PLC (Polish Lithuanian Commonwealth) is a nation in Europe on Terra Nostra of EarthMC. It was founded by TheMagicTom on April 18th 2026 and it was the 5th nation to be made. Its Capital is Warsaw.

Announcement: Qing is rebranding to PLC
As of today, this Discord server will be used for the planning and development of PLC for the upcoming EMC reset.

The PLC discord used to be used as a discord for the nation of Qing an earlier EMC. The server owner TheMagicTom rebranded the discord server and began planning how the server would start the new nation. An extensive plan was made to get resources and gold, which was enacted on the first day of the nostra server.
Beginnings
We did it! The PLC is the 5th nation to be created in Nostra.
This is an amazing achievement for a group of people who were complete strangers just a few months ago. We actually did it the 5th nation in EMC! This is just the start of an amazing journey we’re going to take together.
Long live the PLC

On the day of the start of Terra Nostra, April 17th, Warszawa gets founded by TheMagicTom. The name 'Warsaw' was taken by a group in Africa. Certain pre-planned towns were also made. A player named Mlecz creates the town 'Poland' on the vistulan riverside, acting as a direct competitor to Warszawa.
The following day (April 18th),TheMagicTom Creates the Nation of PLC. With its capital being Warszawa. A few more towns were created across Ukraine, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania and were promptly invited to the Nation.
On the 20th of April, Warszawa changed its name to Warsaw, after the town of 'Warsaw' disbanded

On the 22nd of April, Warsaw's shop was finished building. This means that the PLC had a new source of sustainable income.
On the same day, Latvijaa (Mayor of Riga) got banned from the server for allegedly using an x-ray and the nation of Poland declared the PLC an enemy, however, one of the chancellors (Karabines) reassured the people of the PLC that they would not provoke them or be provoked by them.

The PLC neighbours 0 countries so far, we will update this when europe inevitably gets borders between countries. It takes up most of east europe, but it does not have any towns in Russian territory and it owns Gotland, which is a swedish island. The PLC does not intend to have colonies, but this may change as the server progresses.

Government
The PLC's government is a Monarchy. The King (TheMagicTom) rules over the nation with similar power to the chancellors, but can also control their role too.
The chancellors (Karabines and vifterr) can manage nation allies and enemies, invite and kick towns, grant titles and surnames and withdraw from the nation bank.
Town Mayors (written in the 'Government information' sector of the sidebar) rule over their individual towns and can assign ranks to residents (Co-mayor, assistant, police, builder, planner, treasurer)

More about the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth
in 1569, The Crown of the Kingdom of Poland and Grand Duchy of Lithuania unified via the union of Lublin into the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth. It had a population of about around 8 million and was a Catholic country. Its official languages were Polish and Latin. Its Capital changed in 1596 from Kraków to Warszawa and was an elective monarchy. A lot later on, the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth got partitioned by the Russian Empire, The Kingdom Of Prussia and the Kingdom of Galicia and Lodomeria (Modern day Austria) until the country ceased to exist in 1795.
