The Executive Branch of Massachusetts, is responsible for enforcing and implementing Laws, Policies.

The “Organizer” of Massachusetts is considered the Head of State and leader of the executive branch, and is commander in chief. He is elected via a popular (FPTP) vote, and may be voted out or impeached via referendum called by a citizen although the Organizer has The Organizer shall not issue a decree or proclamation or announcement that results in the removal of Article 1.
