Nostra:Umka
Umka its a town founded by Papigaquigrafo on August 31 2026 in Kola Peninsula, northwest region of Russia. The town is located right in the east side of Varzuga River delta, having its connection with the white sea.
The town's name means "polar bear" in chukchi language, the reason for this name is beacause the great amount of polar bears living by the Kola beaches. coincidentally, Umka also was the name of a 1969 Soviet animated film about a young polar bear.
Umka is distinguished by having a giant polar bear statue and having the first and only music radio station on EarthMC
