Finland is a nation located in North-East Europe, it was created by CommunistBean on April 21st 2026 with Oulu as its capital. Finland borders the nations of Norway, Sweden, Russia and the Russian Republic. Its territory covers most of Finland (with the exception of the Western coast) alongside some Northern areas of Norway and Sweden.

Government & Politics

There has been notable political drama between Finland and Russia, regarding the towns of Viipuri and Viborg. It is the so-called ”Dilemma of Viborg”.

Territory

The territories of Finland are splintered by the Swedish so-called "embassy towns", towns of one nation on another one's lands. The eastern border of Finland starts from the Gulf of Finland, above the territory of Leningrad, goes diagonally through the sea and collides with the western edge of Viborg's town borders. Then it goes in a straight line from the northeasternmost point of Viborg to the northwesternmost corner of the town of Sortavala. Then it follows a straight line through the wilderness up until the waters of Karelia, making a small dent to the west, and then back to the east, following a straight line north up to the seas.
