Belayavan, frequently stylized as Белаяван, is a town in Siberia situated northwest of the Siberian capital Katyryk. It is a port on the Kara Sea built on a headland spanning across the Russian Arctic coast. Its population is 14. It was founded in early February by Sulphire.
